ROLE:
Your role will report directly to the owner of the company and COO and will oversee the platform-by-platform social strategy and execution of all campaigns. You will produce and coordinate the successful execution of various campaigns for livestreams, virtual events, concerts, interview shows, podcasts, and other various items across all digital channels. Your role is a crucial part of the entire marketing campaign, and creates strategic social campaigns that make an enormous impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning the platform-by-platform strategy for social media campaigns
- Help to define KPIs, KRIs, and operational objectives
- Create authentic, engaging, fun and groundbreaking campaigns that target the audience we want to engage with
- Come up with programs for our partners that make each platform’s strategy unique
- You must be able to cover live events without breaking a sweat
- Be responsible for sourcing 360 campaign pitches from agency partners
- Oversee engagement strategies with fans across the social landscape
- Help come up with audience targeting plans, in conjunction with the media
- Create talent support plans for all talent as related to partner promotions, on-site activations, innovation initiatives, and custom partner content
- Regular Communication between talent/reps, editorial, and advertising agencies
- Work closely on cross-departmental efforts, including talent opportunities, exhibition promotions, and more
- Run point on influencer marketing strategies and campaigns
- Evangelize the company across all aspects of the marketplace
- Creative Ideation and Big Idea Thinking

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience working with a media or entertainment company in positions that specializes in social media and digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop to edit admats, banners, and social images as needed
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Past experience of moving quickly and running in a fast-paced work environment
- A passion for the entertainment industry in general, and specifically: music marketing
- Must be a programmatic ad buying savant (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc..) with deep knowledge in all aspects of DSP algorithm manipulation
- Vast knowledge in SEO and maintaining e-stores on social media profiles
