Description
AF is looking for a creative and hardworking team member to lead daily strategy and execution for Influencer Partnerships & Marketing, with a focus on scaling our new branded content partnerships, expanding our paid media efforts, and supporting our organic Brand Ambassador program. Influencers drive a significant portion of our customer acquisition and revenue, with an emphasis on ROI, so this is a critical area of our business. The role will be working in a fast paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing business and team. This role will report to our Director of Consumer Engagement.
- Create strong influencer programs that are aligned with overall brand marketing efforts and brand voice, for a cohesive consumer experience
- Drive efficient performance that is tracked and reported daily, weekly and monthly vs. aggressive MOM + YOY growth and ROI targets, including Influencer EMV measurement
- Build a pipeline of new influencers, criteria to evaluate / vet, strategy and supporting material / case studies to pitch and negotiate partnerships
- Actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate strong partnerships with social influencers, content creators and influencer agencies
- Manage full briefing and content review process for creator content, and distribution across marketing channels, including paid and organic social media
- Continue to promote and support our brand vision and community goals: expanding to new relationships across communities and follower sizes, while deepening existing relationships and connections virtually and in-person
- Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach.
- Partner with Community Management in fostering organic community of brand consumer loyalists/ Brand Ambassadors
- Serve as the subject matter expert that stays up-to-date on trends and tools, suggesting new ways to innovate and enhance our approach, while ups killing the team on best practices
- Maintain a regular reporting schedule on outreach funnel and budget spend vs. aggressive growth and ROI targets, e.g., EMV, amount of organic influencer content, number of people contacted, in progress, closed, budget allocated MTD vs target spend
- Manage Influencer + VIP lists for box seeding for new product drops, always-on, and replenishment
- Create Influencer + PR mailer strategy, calendar, and brief based on GTM calendar and allocated budgets
- Execution of Influencer events and activations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience dedicated to influencer/brand marketing, with established connections within beauty/ fashion
- Dedicated experience in direct influencer communication across all social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Pinterest, + Twitch
- Preferred experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns within the paid media industry of Branded Content across Facebook, Instagram
- Strong team lead experience and cross-functional communication skills, including external agency relationships
- Influencer ROI + analytic experience, using measurement + tracking tools such as Tribe.
- Interest in influencer + brand marketing with emphasis on building community
- Extremely strong written communication skills
