About This Opportunity

Align Technology is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Influencer to be a key member of the US Consumer team. The ultimate objective of this role and the overarching Consumer team is to make the Invisalign brand the most consumer requested brand in orthodontics. This person is a consumer marketer through and through, understands the fundamentals of brand building and brand management, and how to leverage the right media channels to reach the right consumer.

Who you are: You’re a marketer, team player, great communicator, analytical and creative. You’re a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves team member, and has experience working on influencer marketing, optimizing marketing programs, staying up to speed on the latest viral trends, up & coming influencers, and has a skill for multi-tasking, managing timelines, and negotiating.

In this role, you will…

• Be a key member of the Influencer marketing team and the broader US Consumer team.
• Drive awareness of Invisalign treatment, by driving reach, brand preference, and leads of prospective patients for the Invisalign brand in the U.S.
• Lead the Align managed influencer program; #Invisalign #SmileSquad
• Create and or update criteria for influencer selection
• Identify deliverables & manage content calendar across the business.
• Oversee the operations of the influencer program inclusive of contract templates & negotiations.
• Partner with the Influencer team & broader US Consumer team to ensure that the business objectives and strategies are being executed on and supported by the #SmileSquad effort.
  
  

In this role, you’ll need …

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing/business; Master’s degree in marketing/ business preferred.
• 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a background in Consumer Brand marketing with a proven track record of excellent performance.
• Commercial experience in the medical device/life sciences industry is preferred.
• Strong customer focus, understanding needs and market drivers.
• Strategic & critical thinker, ability to connect the dots across multiple sources of information.
• Thinks critically and strategically, and can balance creativity and practicality.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Detail oriented with a key focus on managing budgets, timelines, & content calendar.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners in a matrix environment & influence.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience executing in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills.
