Job Description
Chefman is searching for a Community Manager. You are savvy with social trends, an exceptional writer with a creative mind and bring a knack for building relationships online—and offline. You bring exciting opportunities that help develop and grow our community and brands, and you are passionate about the 24/7 lifestyle that is social media. Your inquisitive approach brings insights that help influence online brand strategies, and you thrive in an environment where you can work with others to develop ideas to create real impact!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Community Management
- Proactively monitor daily social media trends, fan conversation and engagement focused around Chefman/Chef iQ
- Develop and manage engaging relationships with influencer marketing
- Actively engage in responses to consumer-facing opportunities
- Engage with Social Media designer regarding content calendar schedule
- Engage with internal Customer Service team regarding ratings & reviews feedback and customers who reach out to us on social channels with product concerns
- Help develop our strategy on how we should welcome these new types of users into our community
Social Listening & Engagement:
- Maintain deep understanding of social channels and design principles for all social platforms
- Monitor brands across platforms to engage in brand-aligned conversations
- Identify and connect with communities of interest, influencers and advocates across platforms
Research & Reporting:
- Maintain regular monitoring of sentiment utilizing analytics tools
- Engage in social performance to share actionable insights that help evolve strategies
- Research, document and deliver cross-platform competitive audits and identify opportunities
- Extensive knowledge of current events and social media/internet culture
Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and knowledge of the culinary world
- Exceptional, writing, creative and analytical skills
