Influencer Marketing Manager
The Influencer Marketing Manager will play a vital role in helping to continue the momentum of the Crocs influencer and ambassador strategy, while also identifying and creating new opportunities. With the great momentum around the brand, this role will ensure that Crocs maintains an innovative approach, and leadership position, in the influencer marketing space. In this role, the individual will be responsible for creating an annual influencer and ambassador strategy that will impact the global approach to how, and when, Crocs partners with influencers. On a daily basis, this role will lead in identifying the right partners for specific product, and brand, moments, as well as handling contract negotiations. This role will be located in Broomfield, CO and report directory to the Director Global Brand Digital Media.
Primary Job Duties
- Work with the Associate Influencer Specialist to evaluate and evolve our Global Influencer Strategy
- Push Crocs to be an innovative space in this key strategy point for the brand, while ensuring we are at the forefront of new ideas and innovation in this space.
- Partner with our GTM teams around the globe to identify the right influencer partners for each project, and ensure we have relevant content.
- Continue to build out an always-on influencer strategy that gives Crocs consistent momentum and content around the biggest brand initiatives each year.
- Manage the annual influencer budget from a global perspective, while serving as an eye for authentic influencer partners being presented by our regional partners.
- Handle the influencer and agent relationship throughout the process, from initial concept, to final contract signing and content delivery.
Minimum Education
Job Requirements:
- BA or BS in marketing or related field.
Minimum Experience
- 5 Years Of Influencer Marketing Experience
- 3-5 years of working directly with celebrities, athletes and other potential key influencer partners
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Extensive experience working in the influencer and ambassador space
- Understanding of how to align brand vision with an influencer strategy
- Relationships and partnerships within the music/athletics/entertainment field
- Experience negotiating contracts and working against a significant annual budget
- Comfortable executing a global brand vision and being tied into key names and faces from Europe and Asia.
- Demonstrated experience leading new innovation and through in the influencer space.
- Prior experience of managing a team and aligning strategy and roles and responsibilities
