Account Supervisor - Digital

Job Overview
A successful Sr. Digital Strategist / Account Supervisor will act as the face of EvolveMKD for our client partners with digital account needs. They should be able to utilize their experience of top-notch account management skills across day-to-day partner interactions and drive performance and growth across assigned accounts. This person should be a creative and analytical lead for all things digital and social and should have a proven track record of executing and generating results for social media, influencer, and digital campaigns. We expect that team members at this level have an inner sense of “restless discontent,” i.e. they are constantly looking to elevate their client work and their personal skill set. We also expect all team members to demonstrate a strong problem-solving abilities and inner drive, as EvolveMKD is a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Partner Management
- Collaborate and lead your digital team develop client strategy and execute overarching brand campaigns with an emphasis on results-driven tactics, excellent client service, and execution of timelines and budget management.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow across direct reports, peers, clients, vendors, and freelancers; reporting to VP
- Strategize, ideate, and lead in the execution of social influencer, organic social, promotional campaigns and paid social media campaigns, as well as programmatic as needed
- Educate internal team and clients about performance metrics for social, display and influencer initiatives
- Assist in social listening, monitoring and reporting deliverables
- Analyze metrics from content campaigns and social media ad activations, ensuring that ongoing and future efforts are optimized and ladder up to overall strategies.
- Take an active leadership role in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client meetings and calls, then present actionable items, recaps, QBRs
- Continually monitor for relevant trends in the digital space, as well as social media and influencer marketing opportunities
Team Development
- Be able to “manage up” and effectively communicate issues/successes to senior staff
- Manage and mentor AE/SAEs to further their professional and personal growth
- Execute bi-annual reviews for direct report(s)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6+ years’ digital/social media experience, some agency experience preferred in the beauty and/or healthcare industries
- 1-2+ years Influencer Marketing experience, including but not limited to: Vetting and auditing influencer research, packaging, contracting, relationship-building, and experience across influencer tools
- 2+ years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree; degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing a plus but not required
- Strong written communication, creative concepting and presentation skills
- Time management skills to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality/attention to detail
- Problem solving skills to improve efficiency among team workflow/process and be able to provide open, honest feedback to senior team on growth
- Ability to prioritize excellent client partner service above all else in a digital and PR environment; flexibility to adjust to an all-hands-on-deck approach
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools: Facebook Ads Manager/Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and baseline knowledge of programmatic display advertising, mobile, video, e-newsletters, blogs and websites, SEM/SEO experience a plus, not required
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as various social media UI, and scheduling/monitoring tools (Meltwater, Fohr, Sprout)
