We are seeking a creator with social marketing experience and exceptionally creative and video skills to join the Dopple family as our Social Media Marketing Intern as we grow at lightning speed. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative ideas and visual content that engage our audience and translates brand ethos into viral assets that live across numerous digital platforms. You will also work closely with Dopple’s Chief Brand Officer to communicate Dopple’s vision across every channel alongside Dopple’s Operations, Product, and Marketing teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the development of our brand’s social, influencer, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop social strategy and orchestrate day-to-day content in the form of (but not limited to) videos and photos to primarily live across our social media channels, but also on our website and other digital properties.
  • Conceptualize and create IG Posts, IG Stories, IG Reels, TikToks, IGTV videos, and behind-the-scenes footage, and other supporting assets including but not limited to product launches, brand partnership, and influencer marketing.
  • Aid in overseeing a tactical monthly content calendar and execute campaigns across numerous platforms.
  • Identify and form relationships with other creators (both up-and-coming and established)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Growth Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and a streamlined customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape and market trends while continuing to innovate storytelling and brand identity.

The ideal candidate will exceed the following requirements:

  • Experience with social media marketing + content creation, (e-commerce-related experience is a plus).
  • Proven management of social pages (please share examples and links of pages/handles you were responsible for).
  • Familiarity with using Instagram and TikTok editing tools.
  • Previous retail/e-commerce experience + start-up experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with Canva, G Suite, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Google Sheets). Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fashion (or any related field).
  • Bonus points! - Familiarity and existing relationships with key players in the millennial and Gen Z content creator industry!
