About the role:
June Homes is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to develop and execute our brand strategy across multiple channels and ensure our brand is consistent and covetable. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building brand awareness and love through PR/communications, partnerships, influencer marketing, events, and more. You will also take the lead on creative briefs and play a role in our paid media, working closely with internal and external partners. Additionally, you will lead our customer insights practice and will be the key stakeholder in understanding our customers and communicating key findings to the organization.
You should be highly organized and a creative thinker with the ability to ideate creative solutions and execute them. You should be a great communicator and have experience managing and inspiring direct reports, agencies, and freelancers. Initially, this will be an independent contributor role, but you should have an interest in being a people manager, as the role will have direct reports in the future as we build out the team. You will report to the VP of Brand.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the ongoing guardian of the brand, working with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners in rolling out and ensuring adoption of the overall brand strategy and guidelines
- Oversee brand copy and communications across June Homes owned and earned channels
- Own all brand campaigns, both large and small scale
- Develop customer insights practice and utilize findings to move the brand and business forward
- Develop and execute the influencer and partnership strategy
- Plan and manage events
- Manage external agency relationships
What you need to be successful:
- 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing developing integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive brand awareness and ultimately conversion
- Expert at writing strategic briefs, and working closely with creative teams to ensure work is delivering against the brief
- Consistently leverage data, analytics, insights and metrics to propel brand strategy and execute compelling marketing programs that deliver measurable impact
- Extraordinary communication skills, cultivator of strong cross-functional relationships
- Inspires creative thinking and a “make it happen” mindset at all levels within the organization
- Forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset; a self-starter, entrepreneurial attitude
