Influencer Manager

The Project: Global Influencer Campaign has been inspired by an entertainment property which consists of multiple movie titles, consumer products and is beloved around the world.
Reporting: The Influencer Manager will work directly with the Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing on status of all tasks with general updates to the full internal team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach and follow up to target influencers across native platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok DMs)
- Manage project database for each individual campaign, adding, removing and replacing influencers based on their availability.
- Communicate with influencers to brief them on descriptions of campaign/deliverables
- Manage day to day comms with influencers
- Review and negotiate posting rates
- Initiate paperwork process i.e. get NDAs, agreements, influencer on-boarding, where applicable through operations
- Coordinate with internal operations team to manage agreements and necessary paperwork for accounting and compliance
- Track and manage shipping product (including areas such as sizing, shipping costs)
- Work with influencers and internal teams to ensure products and posts are approved including reviewing posts once posted to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a social role with experience in outreach and negotiation for influencer marketing campaigns
- Excels in written and verbal communication
- Self starter with attention to detail
This is a remote, temporary, contract position.
