Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing

Ideal candidates will have a passion and knowledge of influencer partnerships across all tiers of talent, branded video content, social platforms, digital media, the talent management space, and a proven track record of prospecting, negotiating and closing deals to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of Edible’s clients.
Responsibilities (Planning)
- Ongoing ideation, campaign development, support, and strategic consultation around major initiatives and key moments to produce creative content executions for the U.S. but that can also be leveraged globally
- Work as part of integrated teams, infusing influencer into PR and paid programs
- Build and maintain relationships with contacts across Edible divisions
- Analyze industry trends, comparing competitive activities and opportunities
- Serve as integral member of the team by contributing to ongoing reports and ongoing cross-company efforts in concert with other agencies and teams
Responsibilities (Campaign Management)
- Jump into existing workstreams across the client and develop and apply actionable strategies for engaging relevant content creators and influencers
- Prepare and present campaign briefings/updates/recaps for clients
- Identify new content creators by vertical and category
- Compile and maintain influencer profiles in our proprietary tech platforms
- Maintain thoughtful relationships with select influencers to gauge ongoing sentiment and engagement opportunities
- When appropriate, oversee and negotiate contracts with influencers on behalf of clients
- When appropriate, oversee and negotiate necessary travel arrangements via travel agent vendor for influencers
- Oversee and execute the creation of briefing materials for influencers and for clients
- When appropriate, coordinate with influencers on deliverables
- Work with internal specialists and oversee and recommend enhanced paid and analytics plans
Basic Qualifications
- At least 4 years of previous experience working directly with influencers in a marketing and/or talent management role in an agency or Multi-Channel Network (MCN) environment.
- Strong understanding of social media, influencers, content creators, digital measurement and the larger influencer marketing ecosystem. Influencer and talent agency contacts at both senior and junior levels required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across influencer verticals with strong experience across many types of food/nutrition influencers
- Proven ability to manage and develop relationships across the social influencer landscape along with the ability to assist in the development of campaigns that fit within larger 360 degree integrated campaigns across a portfolio of clients in various verticals across the office
- Knowledge and experience working across all tiers of influencers (micro, mid, top tier and traditional experts like Registered Dieticians) and an understanding of the nuances of working with each
- Proven ability to work with clients and manage teams to create strategic and creative influencer campaigns that deliver on KPI’s and drive ROI
- Knowledge of best practices, tech platforms, tools and processes for influencer marketing
- Understanding of integrating influencer work across teams (ideally with paid, earned, owned, creative etc.)
- Experience managing teams, establishing goals and ensuring project deadlines are met
- A passion for pop-culture and its infusion into the consumer brand ecosystem
