1-800Accountant is looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives. You will focus on creating lasting relationships, analyzing performance data, and identifying trends that will drive business results. About You

This position is all about identifying, forming, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships between 1-800Accountant and potential partners within the affiliate and influencer spaces. To grow our affiliate and influencer programs we need a driven individual who can take ownership of recruitment, activation, communication, reporting, and performance analysis. Whether developing affiliate newsletters, creating engagement/activation campaigns, conducting recruitment drives, or deepening relationships with core partners, we need you to take ownership and work alongside our company leaders and management teams to achieve results.

As such, you’re a self-starter, a learner, a problem solver, and a negotiator – someone who can think on their feet, find mutually beneficial solutions and is comfortable taking the initiative in an energetic, fast-paced environment. You can multi-task and juggle between different projects, balancing a partner’s potential with our overall business goals while using a data-driven approach to back it all up and make smart decisions.

To do that, we need someone to build strong partnerships that spread the word about all we do to empower others. We need you to engage various influencers and affiliates to promote us to their online communities, providing them with valuable information, and showcasing the multiple product lines we’ve created to help new career-driven individuals get their companies up and running as easily, efficiently, and affordably as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulating, executing, and managing affiliate and influencer campaigns to achieve our business goals while lowering our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Optimizing such campaigns, using partner marketing strategies and tactics alongside traditional analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) for a data-driven approach.
  • Reporting on initiatives to Senior Management. Using campaign performance and insights to get buy-in on the next steps while also promoting new opportunities.
  • Managing key relationships with our top affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners – taking periodic calls, working on co-branded initiatives, etc.
  • Actively growing affiliate and influencer programs by recruiting strategic targets that provide ample business opportunity.
  • Safeguarding the 1-800Accountant brand by ensuring consistent and compliant messaging across all partners, channels, and programs.
  • Creating monthly newsletters and various engagement campaigns to nurture our relationship with partners and encourage them to continue to promote our brand.
  • Collaborating with our content team, in-house designers, and agency partners across projects.
  • Using project management skills to ensure you have all assets required and smooth execution of affiliate and influencer campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-time experience in a performance marketing, sales, business, or other relationship-driven role. Specific influencer and affiliate experience a plus.
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Superb communication skills, with attention to detail and a proven persuasive ability.
  • Passion for influencer and affiliate marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on building strategic relationships.
  • Understanding of partner marketing industry, terminology, media channels, and platforms/tracking systems.
  • Experience with partner platforms such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, Partnerize, Impact Radius, Rakuten, etc. a plus.
  • Ability to run data-driven marketing campaigns with a measurable ROI, analyzing activity, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Experience in project management and working to deadlines with others.
  • Willingness to learn, take on new initiatives, and not require micro-managing.
