Marketing Director
At Evolve, we make it convenient to incorporate healthy, incredible tasting food into our customers’ daily routines. Our pre-made meals are made fresh by expert chefs to fit a variety of lifestyles—like Whole 30, paleo, and keto—and available nationwide.
Founded in 2012, we’ve seen explosive growth in the last two years and are looking for a marketing director to help us scale bigger and faster. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team of marketers, creators, and designers to rapidly grow a company that already has serious traction.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring others and is a marketing generalist with a strong track record of scaling D2C product lines or companies through influencer marketing, PPC, social media, and other digital channels.
Who you are
- Track record of scaling D2C product lines or companies
- Mentor and coach who has led multi-functional teams
- Marketing generalist with a broad base of knowledge and experience
- You’ve run influencer campaigns, managed PPC, and created automated flows
- You’ve also been held accountable for revenue goals
- You have deep knowledge of e-commerce technology and web analytics
- You know how to drive awareness of a brand with the right audiences
What you’ll do
- Own the marketing strategy and planning to help Evolve reach its sales targets
- Develop predictable, scalable, and profitable performance marketing programs
- Establish marketing KPIs and reporting
- Organize the team around shared goals and hold them accountable to metrics
- Define/refine the brand messaging, positioning, and competitive advantages
- Work with leadership to identify brand-building opportunities
Qualifications
- 6+ years of D2C marketing experience at a performance marketing agency, startup, or growth-stage FMCG company
- 3+ years of experience managing a multi-functional team
- Track-record of driving quantifiable results
- Wide range of experience with multiple channels and approaches
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
