Social Media Manager
As Social Media Manager, you will help manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and raving fans and promoters of our company. You will also assist in managing our social media agency. The right candidate should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
Areas Of Responsibility
- Stay on the pulse of social media trends, new functionality and marketing tactics, provide insights and action plans to leverage those trends to grow Zesty Paws
- Manage influencer marketing strategy and campaigns
- Partner with broader marketing team to support cross-departmental initiatives and campaigns
- Develop and manage social media calendar development across all relevant social media platforms
- Manage and approve the social media content calendar with our agency
- Monitor social media conversations surrounding Zesty Paws, and provide insights and actions
- Collaborate with our agency to curate and distribute influencer content to social media team members for use on owned properties
Key Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven successful social media management experience
- Experience with Influencer marketing, paid and unpaid campaign management required
- Proven track record of building engagement and followers in previous roles
- Vigorous attention to detail
- Influencer marketing experience and campaign management
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations in a fast changing environment
- Team player who maintains composure and kindness in high pressure and fast-paced situations
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is not required, but would be a bonus
- Passion for pets and pet parents
