As a Customer Success Manager in the US team you will be part of a team managing some of the world’s biggest and most recognisable international brands. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding, training, and partnering with our clients to ensure they understand and leverage the platform to ultimately find success with their goals.

The role:

  • Create onboarding and training plans for new clients to ensure they learn, adopt and are successful within the platform. Make sure the client gets the best use out of the platform.
  • Determine key measures for success.
  • Monitor and address adoption and usage for clients
  • Establish strategic account management with client partners and other strategic CSM’s by identifying risk and future growth opportunities.
  • Based in NYC.

About you:

  • 3+ years experience as a customer success manager in marketing (social media marketing or influencer marketing)
  • Experience within SaaS technology - MUST.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to speak with clients at all levels within the organisation.
  • Experience working with large clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
