Summary
Job Description
The Coordinator, Live Content Correspondent (LCC) program position in the Social Media department of the NFL will primarily be responsible for helping run the Live Content Correspondents program (LCC). The LCC program places creative and social media-minded photographers and videographers in every NFL market to capture content for NFL stakeholders as needed, 365 days a year.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of NFL LCC program during the week and on all gamedays.
- Communicate across our 32 clubs, various internal departments and team of 90+ LCCs to run the LCC program effectively.
- Organize weekly content requests and manage workflows of program from planning and capturing through distributing and analyzing.
- Track, organize and analyze performance of LCC social content across the NFL media ecosystem and beyond.
- Provide support in all aspects of content strategy development and LCC opportunities across NFL stakeholders (e.g. NFL, NFL Network, The Checkdown, NFL Films, Football Operations, Communications).
- Assist the NFL Social team with additional projects as necessary.
- Make sure each shoot is staffed appropriately
- Help grow and manage our team of creators
- Route all content to the appropriate stakeholders on game days
- Contribute to the growth of the LCC program
Required Qualifications
- Experience using social platforms in a professional capacity (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
- Prior production experience strongly preferred. Past experience capturing content with a DSLR camera is a plus.
- Prior experience with a professional or high-level college sports team working in social media/content strongly preferred.
- Understanding of and experience in digital/social media marketing, influencer marketing, and content amplification.
- Experience with real-time engagement and analytics tools is preferred – most notably, CrowdTangle.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of what content works best on social media channels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under aggressive time constraints
- Outstanding verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- BA/BS is required
- Dedicated, results-oriented contributor and should understand social media storytelling and content capture best practices

Terms/Expected Hours of Work
- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week.
- FLSA non-exempt
