Location: Remote (WFH, anywhere!)

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 (depending on experience)

The Goat Agency is the leading global Influencer Marketing Agency. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our US team. We have a fantastic culture with a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in and has the chance to excel.

You will be responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of The Goat Agency brand and services across the United States. You will seek to raise brand awareness through the creation of clever marketing campaigns across multiple channels, whilst working closely on strategy with our Co-Founders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering the agency for relevant awards and trade publications
  • Creating clever partnerships opportunities across the United States
  • Leading the delivery of brand proposition, strategy and identity to deliver our ambitions via social, member engagement and external activities
  • Overseeing strategic marketing and communications planning across Goat channels, ensuring communication to consumers, policymakers, and business audiences achieve our commercial KPIs
  • Overseeing the external and internal communications activities for The Goat Agency across our internal communications, corporate communications, corporate reputation, social media and events
  • Optimising the execution of communications across all channels to support the overall Goat strategy
  • Leading consumer insight including customer intelligence, data, analytics and business reporting that enables measurement and drives actions across our brand and commercial activities
  • Working closely with client services, campaigns, and recruitment teams to ensure the external journey from point of acquisition to a lasting relationship is seamless and appropriately supported at all key touchpoints to maximise engagement and impact

Required experience to apply:

  • 1-3+ years experience in Marketing and PR
