Digital Marketing Manager, Partner Solutions
The Manager is part of the Partner Solutions team dedicated to Digital/Social -only client campaigns. He/she supports the efforts of the department to drive incremental revenue for Univision Communications by providing marketing support and assistance in coordinating all aspects of internal and external marketing programs for Univision clients. He/she collaborates daily with the sales, marketing (UCN), production and digital editorial teams of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Support 360 Director and team in day-to-day pre-sales activities including but not limited to presentations, timeline creation and creative direction for production.
- Create preliminary ideation outlines and marketing proposals for sales to present to clients and advertising agencies (and occasionally attend meetings in person)
- Represent PST in day-to-day brainstorming meetings to assess client RFPs and KPIs and maximize branded content distribution opportunities across digital ecosystem
- In addition to generating ideas for social/digital RFPs, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and creation of social media calendars and copy development (English and Spanish copy)
- Build relationships with key personnel in divisional platforms (Network, Digital and Social Advertising Sales, Strategy and Insights, Creative Services, BD, Digital Editorial and Content Creators) to effectively weave together cohesive multi-touch point offerings
- Work with graphic artists and internal sources (including S&I) to ensure presentation tells story in an impactful manner, and to provide visual examples of formats presented
- Gather relevant and important digital/social data and insights to construct content strategy in collaboration with social advertising team
- Work in collaboration with 360 Director and social advertising team to package and price out digital/social branded content solutions, as well deliver post campaign recap reports
- Transition creative concepts to production teams for executing of marketing campaigns by providing guidance and oversight
- Coordinate Twitter Sponsorship execution with Editorial and Twitter team
- Coordinate clipping and posting of linear custom segments
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of media-related experience; Experience working in a client-facing role within a media company or advertising agency with exposure to sales marketing in network and digital/social preferred
- Detail oriented with great communication skills and presentation skills
- Exposure to the creation of integrated cross-platform media solutions
- A positive, solutions-oriented, and success-driven attitude
- Expertise in PowerPoint; Keynote a plus
- Expertise in social media and branded content creative strategy and innovative formats
Desired Skills & Experience
- Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred but not required
- Experience with branded digital video & social content sales packaging & influencer marketing greatly preferred
- Knowledgeable with emerging social trends/platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram
- An expert in managing complex projects, you are loved by clients & colleagues - You're responsive, personable, organized, and you can tackle the tough questions
- You know how to ensure that deliverables & deadlines are being met while delivering a high quality of output.
- Ability to move quickly between projects and look ahead to see and deal with potential problems
