Affiliate Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a rock star Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! You will work along side our marketing and social media team to manage and implement an affiliate program strategy, while growing / optimizing the existing programs to drive promotions and marketing programs in order to generate sales and traffic. You will connect and engage with our social media followers and affiliates daily to drive conversions and grow relationships. You'll be the go-to for all PR - working with outside influencers and media to grow SWD's presence. The customer / affiliate experience is essential for this role, and other customer service duties will also be essential for knowledge in cross-training.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced environment and independently as well as with other team members. Strong communication and personal skills are essential in this role. Our new team member will feel comfortable and personal - interacting and sharing SWD on social media - being on camera, talking up new products, and sharing behind the scenes to raise engagement and product awareness.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Take the lead: Actively grow and manage our affiliate and influencer marketing programs and PR initiatives
- Build: Customer / affiliate / influencer / media relationships
- Engage and connect: With our facebook / instagram / social media followers
- Assist: In customer service inquiries
- Share: With our followers behind the scenes at SWD, talk about new products on stories, and more!
Requirements:
- Must love relationship building
- An enthusiastic marketer at heart
- Interest in home decor, preferred
- Personable, outgoing and eager to be in front and behind the camera
- Must be comfortable talking to others on and off camera
- Must be local to the Cranberry Township, PA area
