Compensation: $43,000 to $50,000 Annually

Job Requirements

  • This position requires an energetic, focused, and organized individual who has an acute attention to detail.
  • Will be controlling or assisting in all functions related to E-commerce, but not limited to: Data Management, SEO Strategies, Social Media Campaigns, Influencer Marketing, Budget Reporting, and Online Operations.
  • Must maintain constant and detailed communication with Operations Department and Sales Department.
  • Subject to Sales Department standards and practices including goals and objectives
  • Critical Follow-Up skills on designated priorities.
  • This position requires abilities that complement the Sales Department - Meaning strong and consistent closing abilities for all tasks and responsibilities assigned, and execution and delivery of sales goals that add to department revenue.
  • Expertise in Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, and ShipStation is Required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel is Required.

The successful candidate must have the following experience, talents, and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Broad exposure to E-commerce Operations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker who can plan, organize, execute and report out ideas and results.
  • Experience working with a Sales Team to drive an organization forward.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Phone etiquette skills/answering phones.
  • Can easily adapt and can learn quickly.

  • Ability to perform with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Must be highly organized, well planned, people-oriented, and business-oriented.
  • Must be result and very deadline oriented.
