Influencer Marketing Coordinator
WearMe Pro Eyewear is looking for an enthusiastic, community-driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and provide a creative approach to ambassador marketing while supporting overall Company goals.
Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator manages all aspects of the Company’s Influencer Program. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ideating and executing creative, compelling and effective influencer campaign ensuring timely and brand right deliverables. The role also supports the Company’s multi-platform social media program with original content creation, asset management, partner relations, and digital community management.
Applicant MUST live in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area and be able to commute to our Tempe office. Please do not apply if you are located outside of Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify and manage relationships with influencers across all social media networks
- Devises unique and creative social media campaigns to drive value while aligning with the brand voice and aesthetic
- Support the Brand and Social Marketing team members in developing and evolving current strategies around UGC, influencer content, campaigns, and new collection launches.
- Develop creative ideas for outreach
- Establish and maintain professional one-on-one relationships with top influencers and content creators
- Organize all legal documents related to brand collaborations
- Repurpose influencer content for brand marketing materials
- Take an analytical and ROI-driven approach to report on influencer collaborations
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in social media or influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of user behavior on digital platforms and how to best engage with each audience.
- Creative, decisive, responsive, able to work independently and take responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, including acute attention to detail.
- Impeccable communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Digitally savvy and proficient across major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of standard software tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work well and collaborate with a team.
