EvolveMKD is looking for an experienced, resourceful, client-facing Paid Social Specialist / Digital Strategist. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience ideating, building and executing paid social media. Comfort with programmatic / banner advertising, direct media buys, search and Ad Words are preferred. Strong account and project management skills are required.

Job Overview:

A successful candidate will have a mind for all things paid social & digital, a proven track record of executing and generating results specifically for digital campaigns, along with an analytical outlook. They should be proactive with excellent problem solving, organizational, and client/team/project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Partner Management

  • Collaborate and lead the digital team to develop client strategy and execute overarching brand campaigns
  • Deliver excellent client service, and execution of timelines and budget management
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow across direct reports, peers, clients, vendors and freelancers; reporting to SVP

Paid Social Media, Digital and Strategy

  • Strategize, ideate, and assist in the execution of campaigns, including:

  • Paid social media campaigns (such as website conversions, reach/frequency, engagement, fan acquisition and lead generation) across social platforms,
  • Programmatic (display, native, video, mobile) as needed
  • Promotional campaigns (such as brand content integrations, third-party promotions, contests and sweepstakes)

Measurement and Analytics

  • Educate internal team and clients about performance metrics for social, display and influencer initiatives
  • Oversee social listening, monitoring and reporting deliverables
  • Analyze metrics from content campaigns and social media advertising activations, ensuring that ongoing and future efforts are optimized and ladder up to overall strategies
  • Continually monitor for relevant trends in the digital space, as well as social media and influencer marketing opportunities

Agency and Team Development

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to craft new business proposals and pitch new business, reflecting a forward-thinking strategy
  • Be able to “manage up” and effectively communicate issues/successes to senior staff with a sense of ownership and urgency; continually identify areas for team improvement
  • Work in conjunction with SVP to expand team capabilities and identify tools
  • Manage team effectiveness and project hours, optimizing for billability and profitability
  • Manage and mentor junior team to further their professional and personal growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ digital experience (minimum 3 years paid experience) with strong focus on paid digital and social
  • 3+ years of team, account and project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook, Facebook Ads Manager/Business Manager, Instagram is a must; LinkedIn is also preferred; YouTube, TikTok and other channels a plus.
  • Experience with programmatic/banner advertising, direct media buys, search and Ad Words are preferred.
  • Agency experience is a must. Previous experience working with PR counterparts either at a PR agency or through agency partners is required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written communication skills are required; comfort writing succinct, polished client emails and on-brand social copy
