Framebridge is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic marketer to join our team as Director of Brand Marketing. As part of the marketing leadership team, the brand director will oversee marketing campaigns and customer experiences across brand awareness, social, and retail channels while leading a talented team of brand and social media marketers. This leader will work directly with the VP & Head of Marketing and work hand in hand with the Director of Acquisition and Director of Creative to build and amplify the Framebridge brand across channels.

What You’ll Do:
Brand Marketing:
● Continue to shape and evolve the Framebridge consumer brand by partnering with the Creative team to bring it to life across channels.
● Partner with the Director of Acquisition to build brand awareness campaigns across channels (TV, OOH, Experiential, Social, and more) while seeking out thoughtful opportunities for omnichannel brand activations in-person and through paid & earned media.
● Lead and manage the annual Integrated Marketing Calendar, driving cross-functional activations around major and minor holidays and cultural moments, retail marketing launches, and always-on content strategies in partnership with the broader marketing organization.
● Maximize organic and free marketing opportunities and channels; optimize use of owned channels— email, organic social, site content to maximize engagement, traffic generation and SEO ranking.
● Partner with internal and external creative and brand resources to conceptualize, develop and execute high-level brand awareness campaigns in partnership with the creative team.
● Evangelize a unified brand platform across awareness channels and partner with the Director of Acquisition and Director of Creative to scale our core brand message across paid channels.
Social-First Strategy:
● Leverage social media trends and consumer cultural moments to insert Framebridge in the conversation and build and scale authentic brand across organic and paid channels.[1]
● Continue to build and scale our influencer marketing program to scale awareness of the Framebridge brand and products to new customers.
● Lead a team of marketing managers to build best-in-class social media content and brand experiences.
● Leverage and amplify customer stories and insights across social media and brand awareness channels.
● Have a pulse on changing consumer behavior and preferences to understand where the Framebridge brand could or should be involved.
● Pilot new awareness channels and strategies to inspire potential customers with our product and brand story.
● Lead our comms/PR outreach strategy with partner agencies to land earned media and drive ongoing engagement with publishers and press.
Team Leadership:
● Lead experienced marketing team with Brand, Social, PR, and Retail functional areas.
● Serve as lead stakeholder on Brand and Social marketing initiatives across the marketing team and broader organization.
● Support the Head of Retail Marketing in identifying areas to continue to scale and grow the retail marketing function and support model.
Third Party Agency Partnership Management:
● Partner with the Director of Acquisition to manage awareness media investments.
● Lead social media agency and PR partner relationships and conduct regular reviews of performance against KPIs.
● Lead sourcing and relationship management with brand and creative agencies.
Qualifications:
● Recent brand marketing leadership experience in house for a successful omnichannel consumer brand.
● Expertise in growing emerging and established social media channels through best-in-class content generation and community engagement.
● Experience leading a scaled influencer marketing program.
● Experience leading marketing campaigns for retail locations and/or experiential marketing activations.
● Experience inspiring a loyal, high-value customer base to discover new brand and convert on new products
● Understanding of and respect for modern culture[2] ; you’re always in pursuit of diversity of thought and experience as a marketing leader.
● You like to get your hands dirty and are always willing to dig in to help understand an issue, course correct, or change direction to capitalize on something that’s working well.
● Experience and confidence in people leadership; you’ll be managing a diverse team with a wide range of functions and skill sets.

This position can be based in Washington, DC or New York, NY. Remote candidates may be considered.
