Position Summary

The Account Manager, Client Services is responsible for the execution of consumer experiences and engagement programs for various accounts. These experiences/engagements include, but are not limited to: experiential & retailtainment activations, content development, digital media campaigns, influencer marketing, traditional media campaigns, among others. The Account Manager is responsible for working with internal departments to execute deliverables, and ensure timely and successful delivery. It will be the Account Manager’s responsibility to ensure that all deliverables are kept within client budget parameters.

Responsibilities include: planning, ideation, development, budget management, execution, reporting, and invoicing. Manages all aspects of consumer experiences/engagements while providing a high level of service to client representatives and co-workers. Assists the organization in achieving a services excellence culture.

Job Responsibilities

· Perform project management duties to include program and expense tracking, timeline development and management, budget management and reporting.

· Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, agency partners and vendors.

· Collaborate with internal departments including content and communications, entertainment, creative, production and finance to ensure that deliverables are successfully achieved within budget.

· Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are met on a timely manner.

· Research vendors and negotiate services to ensure innovation and project objectives.

· Responsible for managing the creative development process and ensuring all concept, graphic design, and copy elements are completed with the appropriate communication priorities and client approvals.

· Manage assigned direct reports, ensuring accountability, results and alignment with the company’s service-oriented culture.

· Assists in the development of Client proposals that deliver on client goals. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ideate and drive innovation for client programs.

· Present proposals and other information to client as requested.

· Develop program recaps to report on program results, working with internal teams to develop cohesive and comprehensive reports for clients.

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

  • Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Field of Study/Area of Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience in agency, brand or consumer products
  • Experience in experiential marketing and sports marketing preferred
  • Experience working with CPG brands and/or Retail brands is a plus.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

· Good interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build relationships with vendors and clients.

· Passionate individual willing to immerse him/herself in their work.

· Superior communication skills: oral, written and listening.

· Ability to work effectively with management.

· Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.

· Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and effectively set priorities and deliver on time. Requires minimal supervision.

· Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.

· Must be flexible when necessary; able and willing to explore and test new ways of doing things; must not remain set in ways to the detriment of the Company’s competitiveness.

· Must show initiative and possess the ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively.

· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Less than 25% travel required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Constant: During working hours; incumbent will be mostly sitting down in front of a computer.

Occasional: Flexibility and willingness to work unconventional hours (nights and weekends) when

necessary.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy while shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
  • Fast paced environment with peaks of intensity and increase in workloads.
