Overview
The Digital Content Project Manager will partner with internal creative, design, social, influencer marketing and product marketing and ecommerce teams, as well as outside agency partners, to coordinate the best in class execution of all digital content from conception through delivery and optimization.
You Will
- Employ a range of influencing techniques to engage a cross-functional team towards the successful development and execution of digital projects
- Lead cross-functional teams in the building and management of project roadmaps and ensure all partners and deliverables are on schedule
- Serve as point person to receive all digital content and copy requests from internal/external stakeholders; ensure all requests are complete and source solutions for incomplete elements prior to kickoff process
- Ensure briefing process is executed for each project request and understand the resources needed
- Ensure all review materials are ready and presentable prior to internal reviews
- Own weekly meeting cadence around status and kickoffs
- Develop content briefs for new product launches including but not limited to emails, sms, social, and product page mock-ups
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop & deploy digital toolkits to support the brand’s digital marketing programs and tactics for new product launches
- Own digital asset uploads to data asset management platform
- Develop, implement, and maintain Asana.com to ensure on-time and quality outcomes
- Engage, and cultivate strong relationships with internal/external partners
- Review, monitor and analyze competitors’ initiatives/activities as they relate to philosophy and our objectives to inform future digital content and programs
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing Operations/project management role or hands-on experience working in large-scale global content and product catalog management systems
- Knowledge of the social and ecommerce landscape
- Solution oriented attitude
- Willingness to think outside the box
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and lead teams to achieve project objectives
- Results-oriented, self-directed ability to drive change in an unstructured environment
- Attention to detail, organization, and follow through
- Knowledge of Asana.com or similar program
- Strong business acumen and flexibility for change
- Nice to have: A working understanding of web technology tools such as PHP, HTML, Photoshop, and varying digital asset types
