About The Role

We are seeking an E-commerce Partnership Marketing Specialist to drive revenue and customer acquisition through our affiliate and influencer marketing channels. This role will be focused on managing, executing, and optimizing our affiliate program and building relationship with our affiliate marketing partners. This position will temporarily be remote and eventually report to our headquarters in Tustin, CA.

What You Will Do

• Manage the day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize traffic, revenue, and profitability
• Establish and foster affiliate and influencer partnerships
• Become familiar with the BCP catalog and marketing calendar to effectively connect the products to the appropriate publisher partners at the right time
• Effectively collaborate with internal team and external partners to active goals
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1+ years required experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing with a focus on driving e-commerce revenue.
• Ability to handle pressure with demonstrated experience in exceeding KPIs required.
• Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions as well as display strong negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment serving as a catalyst for change.
• Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Preferred experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ, Rakuten, or ShareASale.
• Strong interest in E-commerce and product marketing.
