Synergy Interactive is partnered with a cutting-edge, next-gen, marketing agency that focuses on building brands seeking a Senior Account Executive, Healthcare Influence Marketer:
Who We're Looking For:
In this role, you’ll contribute to creative, results-driving influencer marketing solutions and partnerships that service highly regulated healthcare companies. In addition to being an influencer marketing specialist, you also understand social media marketing and can navigate the challenging regulatory space. As part of our team comprised of social, digital and influencer experts, you’ll learn from like-minded communicators and have access to tools and resources to keep your inspiration levels high.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A Business-Minded Activator
Lead and execute influencer programs (includes events, social activations, business consultation panels, etc.) with minimal oversight
Capture program results to facilitate program recap reports and real-time program optimizations
Proactively contribute innovative, creative solutions leveraging influencer marketing tactics to deliver on-brand business goals
Compliance and Innovation Expert
Have a strong knowledge of – or willingness to quickly master – pharmaceutical regulation in communications and influencer marketing and be able to counsel clients and team on approaches and pitfalls
Advocate for breakthrough work in pharma influencer that complies with best practices and drive the agency’s POV in:
Social etiquette for influencer relations
Compliance with ethical standards (FTC regulations, GDPR, etc.)
The latest technology and how it impacts influencer marketing (i.e. Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)
Share team successes to the broader agency
Landscape Innovation and Regulatory Excellence
Lead programs that are compliant with regulatory requirements
Remain engaged and tapped into the healthcare innovation space and keep teams current
Relationship Facilitator
Know the ins and outs of patient and HCP advocacy groups and best practices for engaging and working with each
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, influencers and HCPs
Manage partnerships, vendors, influencer agents, and SaaS solutions
Serve as first point of contact for clients, agency partners, networks and vendors
Social Storyteller
Have an insatiable appetite for content creation, technology and digital trends, including:
Co-creating content with influencers that is poised to deliver on brand goals without sacrificing influencers’ creative value
Fluency in social channels, digital platforms and their creative executional functions/capabilities
Providing ongoing insights into audience trends for real-time influencer content optimizations
Have a working understanding of social media platforms, brand social personas/tone of voice, and community management
Relationship Facilitator

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4 years of experience working in influencer marketing or related field with accounts specific to highly regulated pharmaceuticals (i.e. oncology, vaccines, reproductive health, Multiple Sclerosis, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, guidelines and parameters—especially as they relate to working with influencer and online content/channels
- Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and a dynamic social presence
- An understanding of social media strategy (organic, paid), platforms and community management best practices
- Comfortable with data, measurement in order to mine for insights and optimizations
- An aptitude for tools and the ability to quickly pick up on new technology
- An eye for quality visual and written content
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong team player who works well in a highly integrated team model (internal and external)
- Have compassion for those with illnesses and respect for those who work to help them recover
