Manager, Global Influencer Marketing
Position Summary
Clinique is looking for a strong candidate to join the global consumer engagement team leading Global influencer marketing. This role sits within the PR & Comms team and will work closely with all regions while leading the global strategy for Influencers.
Primary Role
- Develop Global PR & Influencer strategies that amplify brand storytelling, drive awareness, and align with Global Marketing objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to markets to ensure best practices are rolled out and leveraged
- Proactive budget management, contract negotiations, agent relationships, briefs and integration into media, marketing programs and content
- Oversee the development and on-time delivery of all assets for new product launches
- Monitor and optimize budgets monthly to drive key priorities and ensure maximum ROI
Responsibilities/Duties
- Identify brand-right relationships across all business categories and content types
- Handle influencer relationships end-to-end, including communication, contracts, sample or product allocation, and creative briefs creation
- Analyze and access campaign to provide valuable insights and opportunities
- Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure
- Create a center of excellence and share insights and best practices across markets & regions
- Work closely with Clinique’s creative, PR, campaign management and editorial teams to ensure that content is leveraged in order to elevate and grow Clinique’s owned channels
- Partner with Global Communications on celebrity/influencer relations strategies
- Manage monthly and quarterly social reporting processes to create actionable insights for future product launches and social media programs; integrate social data into broader digital marketing reports to ensure data-driven content decisions.
- Develop strong relationship with social platforms to understand how influencer strategies are unique and tailored by platform
- Work closely with SEO leads to ensure that influencer content is optimized for the consumer.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of relevant experience managing influencers
- Proven experience hitting KPIs
- Confident, collaborative, and communicative with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fashion, Beauty, Agency background a plus
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proven ability to shepherd the development of legal contracts with influencers
- Experience working with influencer and content management tools
- Understands influencer search tools and platforms to assess the effectiveness of an influencer
