Compensation: $50,000 Annually
As the Account Manager, Digital & Social you’ll manage the creation of social media and influencer marketing strategies, and the planning and execution of successful digital marketing campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms, and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity. This person will directly manage content postings, social communities, paid social and digital plans, influencer marketing programs, and other relevant and emerging trends in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of digital and social media marketing strategies to be used across TPF and client channels
- Effectively manage the end-to-end operations of influencer marketing programs and social media strategies, ensuring they’re delivered on time to a high standard; communicating with social influencers and other potential partners accordingly
- Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives
- Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair trades for content, and ensuring agreements are in place
- Analyze digital and social media performance, coming back to set objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement
- Build monthly content calendars, crafting all social media copy inclusive of relevant hashtags and ensure that all digital and social images support each brand voice and style
- Work alongside TPF teams across clients to strategize creative production of content
- Create a wide-range of marketing collateral, such as social media posts, blogs, and newsletters
- Manage multiple social media platforms day-to-day including postings, community management and engagement for various channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter
- Execute paid digital advertising campaigns
- Analyze and report social media and digital actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
- Track the effectiveness of our brands digital advertising campaigns in addition to researching, identifying and recommending new ways to expand and reach our target audiences, both organic and paid
- Stay current on all social media developments and best practices
- Identify and report on digital and social media trends and innovative content in the industry
- Participate in overall activities for TPF and show involvement in firm initiatives
Ideal Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in planning and managing social media and influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related discipline
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well alone as well as with different areas of the business
- Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent writing and language skills
- Multitasking and analytics skills
- Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms
- Ability to deliver creative content ideas
- Experience or will to develop relationships with influencers, traditional and digital media players
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and driven
- A self-starter with respect for others’ points of view
