The opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate, fun, clever, and bold marketer with a strong digital and social media background to join our growing team. With the parent company undergoing a complete rebrand, you’ll enter a marketing team at the cusp of transformation and requiring a skilled marketer with experience across marketing, social media, lead generation, events, and sales enablement.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications based in Australia and supporting the General Manager of the North America business, you will use skills in campaign execution to support the launch of new services and lead generation across the US and Canada. This role suits a hands-on marketer capable of operating at pace and comfortable working with remote team members.

The position is based in Fort Worth, Dallas and manages a Marketing Coordinator as a direct report.

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop an understanding of North America target audience segments and market, channels and innovation to identify key insights and challenges to provide direction in the development and execution of the annual global marketing plan.
  • Manage end to end marketing execution for the North America market, including timelines and budgets, creative development, copy writing, digital marketing, social media, content production, webinars and events, and overall execution of all marketing activities and reporting. Ensure previous campaign learnings are considered for future marketing activities.
  • Own and lead all of TOA Global’s social media channels in North America as well as Australia ensuring increased engagement across all platforms.
  • Customize global marketing plans to grow sales pipeline with an emphasis on net new customers, increased conversion, and increasing share of wallet.
  • Manage the end to end campaign delivery of North America marketing campaigns. These could include digital campaigns, events, sponsorships, partner and influencer marketing, and include the development of campaign timelines and budgets, creative briefs, execution of all campaign activities and delivery of final campaign reporting.
  • Build a global social media plan and recommend and guide best practice social media execution, working across senior leaders of the business.
  • Undertake pre, live and post plan analysis and reporting, using your strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, to find ways to consistently optimize current and future marketing performance
  • Work together with the global marketing team on special projects as required
  • Be the brand champion for North America

Your skills and experience:

You are great at what you do, love marketing, and have these particular skills and qualifications:

  1. You will be degree qualified in a relevant area, with a minimum of 5-7 years’ marketing experience.
  2. Experience working across the whole marketing mix, including input and development into marketing and brand strategy, annual marketing plans, creative briefings, integrated campaign development, social media, content production, website development, market research and analysis, lead generation and marketing optimisation.
  3. Proven experience achieving revenue and customer acquisition/sales targets in a highly competitive market. Strong knowledge of marketing, lead generation or e-commerce experience highly regarded.
  4. Understanding of the whole marketing mix, including input and development into marketing and brand strategy, annual marketing plans, creative briefings, integrated campaign development, social media, content production, market analysis, lead generation and marketing optimization.
  5. Strong copy writing, presentation development and verbal presentation skills.
  6. Experience working collaboratively with and managing senior stakeholders across marketing and sales to deliver business objectives and targets.
