The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving consistency, awareness, and positive engagement with the North Risk Partners brand through channels (primarily digital) that reach the public, including current and prospective clients, prospective agency partners, current and prospective talent, carriers, community partners, and more.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of all content updates made to North Risk's external website at northriskpartners.com and digital channels, including but not limited to branding, posts such as news releases, events, blogs, and imagery, as well as landing pages.
- Leverage existing internal and external resources to plan and execute content calendar for the website and social media channels, ensuring a blend of content that effectively represents the North Risk Partners brand.
- Assist with a variety of writing projects, including but not limited to press releases, social media posts, related strategic internal communications, and more.
- Assist in rolling out firm's CRM system and related processes to support scale-able growth through proactive, targeted marketing and develop trackable user/client experiences.
- Explore and recommend key opportunities for expanding external content, including videos, leadership blogs, targeted social ads, industry practice content, influencer marketing and more to drive traffic and engagement, as well as a competitive digital strategy for the firm.
- Play a critical role in results for the firm's personal insurance and small business select new business platform, helping to drive traffic to the website and platform, and ensure a strategic, positive frontend user experience.
- As directed by leadership, measure and present on engagement related the firm's key external digital channels, including but not limited to northriskpartners.com, social media, and Google.
- Collaborate with North Risk's client communications leader to leverage client events and communications for marketing externally.
- Execute special marketing events as needed, in person or online, as well as special external email marketing campaigns as needed.
- Support North Risk Partners team members in leveraging social media as a selling and networking tool with a specific focus on branding.
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or relevant professional experience required.
- A minimum of 5 years of previous related experience required.
- Previous experience with website and social media content creation and posting required.
- Previous experience with email marketing required.
- Previous experience with a CRM tool such as SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress preferred.
- Previous experience with digital ad campaigns and lead generation preferred.
- A self-starter who regularly demonstrates initiative and great critical thinking skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- A working knowledge of standard technology, including core Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- A team player who collaborates between departments and works well with his/her coworkers.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
