About The Role

The Caviar Brand Marketing team is looking for a seasoned marketer to grow the brand and business through inspiring and cohesive content marketing This role will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating Caviar’s content marketing strategy across all owned social, influencer and editorial channels to drive awareness, engagement and conversion. This marketer will create highly innovative campaigns and produce creative pieces of content for Caviar that are impactful, engaging and effective in driving awareness and conversions alike.

The perfect candidate will be plugged right into pop-culture, understand content trends, keep tabs on key influencers. They’ve worked in a scrappy, fluid, creatively charged environment developing consumer work for an iconic brand. But equally, they know how to apply scientific rigor to social media campaigns to amplify the beautiful content created with clear ROI metrics in mind.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

  • Lead a content strategy that supports the brand’s long-term narrative and business goals around awareness, engagement, growth, and retention
  • Be the driving force behind Caviar’s social media channels and develop & execute social first campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube.
  • Work collaboratively with Caviar creative team and agencies to produce amazing content and inspiring campaigns that generate buzz for Caviar
  • Build strategic relationships with social channel partners (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube), and maximize these relationships to surface unique opportunities for the brand.
  • Manage and scale influencer program, build relationships with key social influencers and define the vision around influencer marketing.
  • Enable the team to scale and do the best work possible by implementing the right suite of tools, infrastructures, and resources
  • Evangelize social content best practices, guidelines and tool usage with stakeholders
  • Build evergreen editorial content calendar across O+O social and manage content creation for Caviar blog.
  • Analyze, measure and report the impact of content marketing efforts to cross functional teams.
  • Manage the social media budget, adhering to KPIs

  • Have 7+ years in a comparable social/content focused role that include a combination of the following digital or brand marketing areas: social media, advertising, editorial management, influencer marketing,
  • Have deep knowledge of today’s social media platforms, audiences, and landscape; immersion in pop-culture
  • Are a strategic thinker who can influence and motivate internal stakeholders to see the value of content marketing
  • Have a deep understanding of the merits and best practices of content marketing
  • Are a strong individual contributor who thrives in cross functional teamwork
  • Are a creative thinker who can ideate big, but strong in execution to get the work done
  • Are Organized and process oriented. Knows how to scale. Able to adjust and make decisions on-the-fly
  • Have a passion for the food space and passionate about Caviar and DoorDash’s mission
  • You have a BA/BS degree in marketing, journalism or related field
