We are seeking a Social Strategist who lives and breathes the social space. Must have deep passion for platforms with ambition to make great work that stands out and breaks convention. Must be fascinated by culture, creativity and building brands that connect with people. This person has to be scrappy, up for a challenge, thrive on being thrown in the deep end and pushing the boundaries. An entrepreneurial spirit will serve you well. So will an insatiable appetite for solving creative problems.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on social media expert with a strong POV on the best use of platforms
  • Understand brand voice and create briefs and POVs to help the brands live authentically in social media
  • Bring the team cultural and platform insights to inspire creative ideas and strategies
  • Be up for new business with an appetite for taking on new challenges
  • Be tireless and passionate about breaking convention and creating new things

Requirements

  • 3-4 years in a strategic or social media role within a social media or advertising agency.
  • Ability to write platform POVs and persuasive documents
  • A passion for social media
  • Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Commitment to excellence—working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
