About the Role:

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing (B2B) to lead account teams through all aspects of digital strategy and growth marketing. This position plays a critical role in the growth and retention of clients. This individual will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid media, paid search, branding, traffic and conversion, and develop an understanding of our client’s business goals to help them reach and exceed their targets.

In addition to strategy and growth, you will lead teams of highly talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide guidance, enforcing pivots when necessary. This individual will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their account teams.

This individual will report to the Managing Director of Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth marketing excellence - Guide the team through best practices across paid media, paid search, branding, and traffic and conversion. Develop tactics to scale best practices and workflows. Lead the charge for new “outside the box” practices and key initiatives while gaining buy-in and support from the team and senior leaders
  • Client excellence - Review and analyze client contracts, renewals, and KPIS on a regular basis to ensure goals are being met. Make improvements using your expertise and experience
  • Analytics - Work closely with and manage data and analytics teams to get a clear picture of campaigns and where optimizations can be made
  • Coaching and leadership - Work directly with the accounts team after client onboarding to review progress and plans to show substantial success. Challenge strategy and provide coaching to up-level existing practices and client presentations
  • Cross-channel Integration - Lead the charge on improving communication and workflow between departments to deliver a holistic marketing plan to clients. Use creative insight and experience to deliver best-in-class omni-channel plans to meet and exceed client goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration and client success, ideally in a digital or media agency
  • 5+ years of B2B experience required
