We are looking for a seasoned Head of Growth with a passion for proactively turning data into actionable insights. This role will be responsible for our customer acquisition & retention funnels and pull data to help us drive strategic business decisions.
The person in this role must be metrics-oriented and have a deep knowledge of compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data. They must have a successful track record of growing a performance marketing program, experience in customer segmentation, and a deep understanding of most performing channels to analyze CAC and LTV.

The perfect candidate is an agile, result-driven digital marketer with at least five years of experience in tech, with a proven record of acquiring customers through digital media, Email, Social media, Influencer Marketing, Paid Search, content, and SEO.
What you'll do:
- Manage growth strategy for all our digital marketing channels.
- Own all aspects of performance marketing to deliver and exceed customer acquisition and growth targets.
- Identify and drive new game-changing performance marketing opportunities to scale the business and improve efficiencies.
- Monitor, analyze & report data on all our digital marketing channels with metrics that identify trends and draw key recommendations around optimization including: email, social, text-based digital and paid media.
- Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in campaigns.
- Track & guide conversion rate optimization, landing page strategy, and conduct social media ad audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Analyze various data points to assess opportunity size and prioritize strategically.
- Work cross-functionally with leaders on product, engineering, creative, analytics, and insights to unlock new growth opportunities.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of Growth experience in an e-commerce/service environment
- Proficiency with data visualization tools - Looker and Tableau is a Must.
- Proven track record of optimizing CAC and LTV
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, Attentive, Firebase and Sendgrid platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of how to break down complex data sets, and draw actionable insights from multiple sources.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Nimble and flexible; able to work with a range of timelines and pivot when things don’t go as planned.
- Candidates must already be based in the tri-state area.
