Salary and Compensation are dependent upon experience and qualifications. This position will qualify for quarterly bonuses 90-days after employment.

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist the Marketing Director in day-to-day business operations including but not limited to digital advertising, influencer management, social media management, marketing objectives, online media, and eCommerce channels.

Digital Advertising: Facebook, Google, & Native

Influencer Management: Outreach, contract negotiation, deliverables, analytics, and reporting

Social Media: Instagram/Facebook/Twitter content calendar management

eCommerce Channels: Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify

The Digital Marketing Specialist is required to:

• Execute marketing strategies to increase the brand’s presence online.
• Assist with the company’s email marketing campaigns and develop strategies to improve upon them.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns. Including but not limited to Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other self-serve advertising channels.
• Support online reputation and social proof across various channels.
• Assist with compiling data and reporting for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Generate creative and original ideas to develop the brand in various marketplaces.

The successful and most ideal candidate will also:

• Have Google Ads certification and experience managing budgets of $20,000+ a month
• Understand the foundations of Digital Marketing and the impact it has on developing a brand.
• Be a thought leader who can operate independently without supervision as well as work in a team environment.
• Have strong written and verbal language skills.
• Have a passion for sales, advertising, and technology.
• Have experience in successful sales, marketing, SEO/SEM, and Social Media campaigns.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google G-suite.

The preferred candidate will also possess:

• An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Be able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a reasonable time frame.
• Be able to respond quickly, effectively, and appropriately to a business environment that constantly evolves.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
