With Mightier’s innovative game system, players are able to practice keeping their “cool” while playing fun, award-winning mobile games. Three clinical trials at Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard, and Mass General have shown Mightier works as well as medications. The program has served over 25,000 families with over 10 million games played. Our mission is to empower every child to build emotional strength.

There are >20M+ kids struggling with ADHD and anxiety and millions more who could benefit from learning self-regulation to help them thrive in life.

Mightier is looking for an experienced Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to become a part of our growing marketing team! The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager will ensure the Mightier brand is dramatically scaling our reach and audience.. This role will focus on influencer partnerships and organic social media to drive awareness, engagement, traffic and ultimately conversions through brand and product content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the influencer strategy for Mightier including identifying, contacting, securing influencers, negotiating pricing (where applicable), terms of contract, content and messaging, and deployment.
  • Manage the organic social media channel which includes creating the monthly content calendar, writing content and guiding the development of visuals and other creative assets for social platforms.
  • Work with the Family Care Team to address questions and comments from social audiences.
  • Analyze and report on performance data to optimize influencer and social media channels
  • Own social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Linkedin, etc. and identifying opportunities for growth on social platforms
  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Stay current with and assess industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience and demonstrated track record utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers, and increase conversions
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions independently
  • Eager to constantly learn new things and improve on current methods
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust as circumstances change
  • Experience with a direct to consumer brand focused on families.. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
