The proprietary activity-based curriculum for coding helps children learn concepts through creation and application building. All of these programs are designed to help children create and learn at their own pace and style with the help of expert teachers. Role overview:

The role will be responsible for managing influencer marketing projects across a diverse range of channels for North America.

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial response through to post campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Develop content ideas and write and curate content.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal counterparts in the creative, design, marketing social and acquisition teams.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.
  • Support in the planning and executing of compelling influencer campaigns & events.
  • Managing KPIs for each influencer marketing project, track performance, manage budgets.
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.

Skillsets and requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
  • In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry.
  • A deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find creative talent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices (Facebook, SnapChat, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
  • Strong influencer contacts.
  • Proven track record of developing effective influencer marketing programs.
