About This Opportunity
The Customer Growth Marketing Manager will focus on marketing initiatives and activities designed to drive consumer awareness and conversion for Invisalign clear aligners for key Align customers. In this role, you’ll build marketing educational content, best-practices and marketing assets utilized by orthodontists and general practice dentists nationwide. You’ll play an instrumental, game-shaping role in influencing how practices market themselves by leveraging the full equity of the Invisalign brand.
In this role, you will…
- Implement marketing content designed to educate doctors and practices on how to drive growth through marketing strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with professional marketing teams to understand customer insights, business challenges and co-create content designed to fuel customer growth
- Build strategic relationships with brand marketing teams to translate campaigns into provider campaigns and/or assets
- Manage and execute the development of authentic and original creative assets for providers
- Synthesize and communicate impactful macro trends and insights for customer education
- Develop best practices across digital marketing disciplines such as social media, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, email, influencer marketing, analytics, website management, and more.
- Build cross-functional relationships to socialize and communicate provider resources across the organization
- Build and execute presentations and manage communications with customers
In this role, you’ll need …
- A proven track-record with 6+ years of Consumer Marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred
- 2 years Customer Marketing experience or other customer facing role at enterprise level
- A strong foundation in consumer marketing with a focus on digital marketing disciplines
- Hands on experience with social media platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and/or YouTube preferred, SEO/Google Adwords experience preferred
- Creative Brief Development: Knowledge and developing expertise of the creative brief development and evaluation process
