We are seeking a driven self-starter with a penchant for creative ventures and storytelling through the lens of culture. As the Brand Activations Specialist, you will support activities that grow the business while creating deeper, lasting relationships with our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Execute best-in-class activations to connect initiatives to the overall brand message, and ensure a consistent brand experience across Vistaprint
  • Assist the Brand Activations team to deliver: key cultural partnerships, collaborations and influencer activities
  • Support our 365 ambassador & affiliate program and end-to-end alignment across the team by assisting in all aspects of operations to increase the efficiency of the team
  • Support licensing operational requirements ensuring Vistaprint remains aligned with reporting and approval process in partnership with product partners
  • Lead all inbound partnership and licensing inquiries through an established process and help team to quickly evaluate, execute on new and innovative ways to impact our customers through partnerships and influencer marketing
  • Lead internal and external agency and marketing partners in order to help in development and coordinate execution of brand activations, partnerships and licensing, across multiple global markets
  • Build timelines and workbook schedule across multiple work streams and own budget management, including tracking, reporting, vendor set up and payments
  • Evaluate results, synthesize, report on campaigns with the goal of identifying learning opportunities and continuing to evolve and improve our efforts
