Account Manager, Brand Partnerships
This is a remote job, located anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities
- Supporting pre-sales operations in collaboration with Sales, Integrated Marketing and Creator Success teams
- Participate in partner calls and pitch meetings with Sales to secure and execute new business initiatives
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of StreamElements’ proprietary tech offering and understand how to effectively utilize these tools for brand partners
- Supporting pre-sales operations in collaboration with Sales, Integrated Marketing and Creator Success teams
- Draft client and creator contracts
- Provide legendary service by leading the ongoing communication with brand clients for post-sale campaign deployments
- Own campaigns internally by ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on responsibilities, processes, expectations and timelines
- Collaborate with the Sales, Development, and Product Management departments in order to drive efficient, successful campaign executions and client relationships.
- Conceive, plan and prepare effective reporting and campaign summaries
- Proactively communicate with clients, understand their needs and make strategic recommendations to grow new and prospective accounts.
- Lead conversations that drive repeat campaigns from existing customers to grow our business relationship
- Reactive duties include training, product support, and appropriate delegation when technical issues and feature requests arise.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the influencer, platform, social media, live streaming, and/or SaaS space
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with a strong customer service sensibility
- Strong analytical skills relating to ad campaigns and measurement
- Innovative, strategic thinker with prior evidence of successfully executing on ideas and experience in project-managing creative-driven ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of live streamers, influencers, and the Twitch/social media ecosystem
- Familiarity and passion for technology, gaming and pop culture
- Ability to work cross functionally and wear a variety of hats
- Ambition to obtain new skills and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree
