Account Director, Brand Partnerships - Autos
This is a remote job, located in Detroit.

Reporting to the SVP of National Brand Partnership Sales, we are looking for a highly motivated, ‘start-up mentality’ individual contributor who is passionate about the value and potential for creator led partnerships across platforms. With an opportunity for rapid growth, you will manage a category of brands and be responsible for all sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Proactive outreach to major brands and agencies across the Auto vertical who are targeting the Gen Z and Millennial demographic.
- Creatively and strategically working with brands to understand the value of produced and live content with creator lead strategy across platforms.
- Sell influencer marketing and digital media ad campaigns that include standard and custom ad formats, live talent reads, unique chat integrations, social amplification and more.
- Take deals from start to finish, from lead gen to closing, with the assistance of the Creative, Campaign and Account Management teams for pre- and post-sales support
- Engage in client entertainment, relationship building, and events to establish our brand and solutions and help drive business results
- Fully manage your territory with the overall strategy, pipeline, forecasting, market segmentation, etc. to ensure we are maximizing time and focus
- Deliver on your sales goals and other business KPI
- Handle administrative responsibilities for managerial reporting using tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, Google Sheets and more
- Travel as needed to attend meetings with clients, events, and company outings
- Participation in video conference calls with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience working with clients in the Auto space who target the GenZ - Millennial audience, ideally working across the influencer marketing space.
- Sales experience working with Creators /Branded Content across Platforms, with understanding of the YouTube ecosystem.
- Knowledge of cross platform distribution and working with partners to drive engaging video content.
- Strong relationships with both media agencies and brands, both endemic and non-endemic to gaming, to expedite credible meeting opportunities
- Independent, self motivated, ambitious, hungry, mature, takes pride in their work, good attention to detail, good communicator
- Ability to work from home or a shared workspace
- Ability to work across time zones (Offices across US, London, Tel Aviv)
- Strong passion for or understanding of gaming and pop culture
- Bachelor’s Degree
