Job Description

This position is instrumental in supporting our influencer and partnerships program at Wish. This role will consist of discovering influencers across various markets that we can bring into our rolodex of partners. Additionally, this candidate will help create strategies as to how we can activate influencers across various channels in the business including event and community activations, blog content development, digital marketing and advertising, and brand ambassadors.This position will own the organization of influencer outreach and monitoring through various reporting tools.

What you'll be doing:

• Support our Influencer Marketing lead in execution of programs.
• Connect and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Design, Creative, Legal, Social and Community on the creation and promotion of influencer assets.
• Oversee revision and approval process, launch, and post-launch responsibilities for influencer campaigns.
• Develop creative briefs and other resources necessary for Wish’s campaigns and broader program rollouts tied to influencer marketing.
• Stay up to date with Gen Z pop culture including brands, trends, and relevant creators
• Responsible for Wish-cash gifting process from start to finish (assisting in placing orders, any personalization, tracking, monitoring content development, etc.)
• Assist with the coordination of all influencer events.
• Own inbound influencer submissions
• Maintain influencer database organization and assist with campaigns aligned with marketing editorial calendar
• Manage a roster of creative/production/influencer/social media agencies
• Have a pulse on trends and leaders in the social community
• Assist in developing creative strategies to secure influencer participation while delivering results for campaigns
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a startup or agency with a focus in Influencer/PR. Experience in tech or lifestyle is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent related experience
• Strong collaborator with experience working cross-functionally and with stakeholders
• A passion for social media and Internet culture, and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape
• Positive, go-getter attitude; passion for storytelling and helping build a growing brand
• Ability to work autonomously and complete multiple projects within time constraints and with strong attention to detail
• Strong communicator
• Proactive by nature and comes up with new thinking that adds value
• Enjoy a high pace environment and can quickly adapt to change
• Ability to juggle multiple influencer projects at one time against tight deadlines
• Comfortable in Excel and Google Sheets
