THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate is a passionate , energetic, relentlessly curious and proactive creative thinker who will help take our work to the next level. The Social Media & Creative Manager will have the ability to thrive in this dynamic atmosphere and work closely with our Social Media & Creative Associate Director, Strategy, and Client Services teams and have the ability to create rapid rapport with brand clients and with creators.

  • Work closely with Social Media & Creative Associate Director to guide creative direction of both social and influencer output for key client(s)
  • Work with Social Media & Creative Associate Director to digest internal briefs and produce creative that delivers back to client goals
  • Translate concepts into effective messages by writing clear, persuasive original copy
  • Write up ideas for presentations, proposals, marketing plans, and variety of other formats and mediums
  • Work with graphic designers to create decks with a strong focus on ideas and visuals
  • Develop a working knowledge of our clients' brands, and produce creative that supports and strengthens their initiatives
  • Participate in and lead brainstorms and ideation sessions
  • Work closely with Associate Director of Creative Strategy to develop creative strategy, identifying the specific creative way we'll leverage our talent to connect with audiences
  • Develop creative concepts from Strategy briefs to guide content output from creators

SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in social media and content strategy
  • Fluency in social media platforms and their unique dynamics, including extensive knowledge of user behaviors and platform features
  • Deep understanding of what makes successful content on social media, from content themes/types to platform best practices
  • Strong grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident when presenting to clients and team members
  • Experience at working in Google Slides/Keynote
