Account Supervisor, Influence and Culture
We are currently seeking a passionate professional who is digital and social media savvy, culturally aware and understands influencer marketing. This is a multi-client role, responsible for executing day-to-day influencer marketing programs, brand storytelling, cultural insights and analytics across industries. Ideal candidates have an understanding of the evolving influencer marketing and social media landscape with a proven track record of developing and executing multiplatform earned, owned and paid social media programs.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, develop and implement creative influencer campaigns – from ongoing relationship-based programs to limited executions, ranging from sponsored content and brand partnerships to contents/sweepstakes, social activations and more
- Collaborate closely with PR, Creative and Media colleagues to create best-in-class, innovative influencer campaigns on behalf of a variety of B2C and B2B clients and a wide range of consumer and lifestyle topics
- Creatively address client objectives based on cultural and audience insights that can deliver highly-effective and measurable outcomes
- Act as a thought leader, helping clients understand and capitalize on real-time opportunities to foster engagement, strengthen loyalty and drive trial through influencer marketing and social media
- Deliver exceptional client service, including the ability to nurture relationships and talk and present to senior level clients
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the agency’s best practices and technologies
- Stay abreast of FTC guidelines and maintain compliance of programs

- Ability to persuade and sell ideas/recommendations to colleagues and clients
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Three or more years of agency or relevant experience managing online influencer/brand ambassador programs, from start to finish
- Knowledge of pop culture; social media connoisseur, demonstrable engagement with popular culture an understanding of the influencer landscape
- Ability to travel as needed
