About the Role:
Power is seeking a Recruitment Intern to support our increasing hiring needs. As we continue to grow our team and our overall product offerings, we’re looking for a talented individual who can support our hiring efforts for diverse talent with agility and speed. In this role, you will work directly with Recruitment and HR to support highly engaged hiring managers in staffing their teams to achieve business goals.
- Internship Term: Fall 2021
- Compensation: College credit [MUST be enrolled in college course]
- Desired Field of Study: Business, Human Resources, Communications, Journalism
- Hours Desired: 15 hours/week

What you’ll learn?
You will be responsible for the organization of our ATS system (Talent Hub) and qualifying/disqualifying applicants. You’ll create hiring lists of passive candidates sourced through LinkedIn. You will assist with sourcing and finding creative ways to attract the best talent across the U.S.

Responsibilities:
- Support high-volume recruitment through candidate sourcing and profile management
- Proactively identify and tap into diverse talent networks to expand Power’s talent reach and visibility
- Properly manage candidates using Talent Hub and making sure their profiles are up-to-date
- Support recruitment team with administrative duties
- Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Prepare, post, and manage job ads within Talent Hub
- Provide ad hoc reporting as requested by Recruiter, HR, VPs and the Executive Team
- Provide overall support for special projects as requested
