Senior Manager, Talent Brand Partnerships

Overview & Responsibilities
Nickelodeon and AwesomenessTV is seeking a Talent Partnerships Manager to join our team. They will be a liaison between the Sales and Brand Partnerships, the Internal Talent Partnership Group as well as external talent. The role will work alongside marketing and sales teams on all campaign needs, including pre-sale pitches, project execution/production and wrap-up of brand campaigns! Our ideal candidate will maintain and develop positive working relationships with both digital talent and talent representatives.
Specific Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Manage the execution for talent campaigns for Nickelodeon and AwesomenessTV Branded Programming, including serving as team lead on all year long campaigns
- Draft and send talent offers and manage talent negotiations
- Review original and redline drafts of contracts, providing notes for the legal team
- Participate in creative brainstorms from a talent perspective
- Talent wrangle at events, shoots, productions as needed
- Manage the Coordinator, Talent Brand Partnerships and any applicable project-based employees or interns
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the entertainment industry or digital media with a focus on talent and/or influencer marketing (talent agency/management experience preferred)
- 3+ years experience executing brand campaigns
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Thorough knowledge of the digital talent landscape
- Proactive with next steps and thorough follow-up skills
- Self-starter adept at problem solving with a strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication with effective time management and multi-tasking skills
