Ad Operations Manager
This is a remote job, located anywhere in the US.

Reporting to the VP of Performance Marketing Strategy & Operations, we are looking for highly motivated, ‘start-up mentality’ individuals who are passionate about the value and potential for video ad campaigns with a specific focus on YouTube and YouTube Creator inventory.
Responsibilities
- YouTube and Paid Social Activation expert responsible for budget deployment, reporting and video rotation management
- Optimize ad copy for YouTube campaigns
- Keep the campaign team informed on performance and tracking against KPIs
- Work closely with Campaign Manager to set up and execute multi-market paid video campaigns
- Organize campaign assets, timelines and deliverables in coordination with the AM team
- Report on the success of those campaigns as well as provide strategic recommendations informed by analyzed data
- Continually optimize live advertising campaigns, identify efficiencies, and drive maximum performance for clients, while troubleshooting any potential issues
- Provide timely and accurate reporting as needed
- Monitor and maintain integrity of video ad rotations per brand and market, including ongoing analysis on videos in rotation
Requirements
- 3-5 years digital advertising or advertising operations experience (Google Ads Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager required)
- Experience in digital marketing, such as SEO, SEM, or paid media (PPC, CRM, AdWords, Social, or mobile UA), or digital ad trafficking or experience working with large brands
- Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to translate deep learnings into actionable recommendations
- Experience at an MCN or Agency managing CMS inventory sales strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of one or more social analytics & insights tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work from home or a shared workspace
- Ability to work across time zones (Offices across US, London, Tel Aviv)
- Bachelor's Degree
