Position Summary

The role of the Influencer Marketing Strategy Assistant is to support the objectives and workflow of the larger team, which includes identifying potential influencers, building internal and external materials & presentations, monitoring & reporting on influencer activity, and working with client teams on program logistics & details.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in deployment of Influencer Marketing programs and campaigns. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and on budget.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to grow existing accounts, staying current on each client’s market, competitive environment, and business goals in order to make Influencer Marketing recommendations.
  • Responsible for compiling portions of first drafts of presentations, departmental POVs, agency materials, and influencer communications with oversight from leadership
  • Responsible for working with the analytics team to collect, compile, and aggregate weekly and/or monthly reporting; making recommendations and optimizations based on insights.
  • Research and stay abreast of new vendors/partners and submit recommendations to Supervisor and team to set up meetings and demos.
  • Work seamlessly and effectively with members of the Influencer Marketing team, and cross-department Partnership & Creative team members on all aspects of Influencer Marketing and client service.
  • Research and report on trends/best practices in Influencer Marketing, demonstrating an interest in and an aptitude for growing the agency’s offering.
  • Throughout project management, adhere to established workflow and processes, and ensure true integration from planning to reporting. Collaborate across departments to innovate and elevate agency processes whenever possible, assisting in the continued education of Influencer Marketing

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of communications, social media, and/or digital marketing experience
  • Passion for social media personalities and platforms, both personally and professionally
  • Strong understanding of marketing and social media ecosystem with deep knowledge of community platforms and behaviors
  • Experience vetting and communicating with social influencers is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative working style
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and own daily tasks
  • Highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented and accountable for results
