What You Do

The role of the Influencer Marketing Senior Strategist is to build best-in-class strategies in areas surrounding influencer programming, selection, annual planning, thought-leadership and measurement. Through individual contribution, you will develop strategic platforms to drive client benefit in all influencer marketing efforts.

Responsibilities Include The Following

  • Understand and guide internal and external client implications of new and changing platforms
  • Maintain expertise of best practice for best use of influencer content across various owned, earned, and paid marketing channels
  • Construct content frameworks across multiple social platforms specializing in campaign offerings and product performance
  • Influencer creative brief development for campaign-specific content needs
  • Advise and work collaboratively across teams, guiding influencer best practices and aiding in influencer creative concept development
  • Manage approved campaign budgets properly accounting for reconciliation of hard costs and agency fee
  • Leverage analytical insights and data to enhance campaign executions and optimize content opportunities
  • Development of channel strategies across a high volume of campaigns and clients
  • Engage internal communications, partnership and creative/production stakeholders
  • Own and foster junior client and third-party vendor relationships across complex marketing organizations, leading meetings and daily communications via email, phone and in-person opportunities
  • Development of influencer strategy to align with client KPIs utilizing available platform and owned data tools
  • Support development of POVs across channels for internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiate new landscape opportunities with partners and ideate on strategic integration of test and learn opportunities
  • Research markets, audiences, industry trends, etc to bring cutting-edge ideas to creative solutions

Qualifications For The Role

  • 3-4 years experience in influencer marketing field, including responsibility for both strategy and execution
  • Possess knowledge of influencer strategy, social channel expertise and complete Microsoft Office Suite
  • Expertise with Reporting platforms (CreatorIQ, Sideqik, Captiv8).
  • Experience with influencer permissions and UX across all social channels
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative working style.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and provide thought leadership and strategy
  • Highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented and accountable for results
  • Experience managing outside vendors and platform partners
  • Experience working with a variety of digital content management systems
