Digital Marketing Manager
Have a passion for strategic marketing and wellness? We’re looking for a skilled, creative, and analytically-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our collaborative and entrepreneurial team at Lucidity Lights, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of lighting products headquartered in Boston, MA, with an office in the Greater Miami Area.
This role develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels and media, to generate consumer engagement and revenue. Reporting into the Marketing and Creative Director, you will also influence and help manage creative marketing strategy and budget. Since we are a growing start-up, you’ll get the opportunity to cover lots of surface area: SEO and SEM, podcast and influencer marketing, paid social, organic social, PR and more - all while leveraging performance data and consumer insights. Core Responsibilities
- Manage marketing content, including but not limited to: SEO and SEM campaigns, digital and broadcast advertising, affiliate, and email marketing.
- In partnership with the Marketing and Creative Director, refine and sharpen integrated marketing strategy and consumer personas, based on channel performance and consumer insights.
- Manage marketing budget and channel mix, paying close attention to bidding and scale
- Conduct paid influencer searches, outreach, and onboarding.
- Drive channel-specific digital advertising strategies by retailer (Target, Walmart, Amazon, and others).
- Help source, manage, and collaborate with specialized marketing agencies and tools, as needed to support marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with PR agency on media outreach, pitches, and award submissions.
- Grow and nurture social presence and following.
- Create and share regular reports on marketing and channel performance.
- Execute targeted campaigns utilizing effective keyword and email marketing; A/B testing.
- Ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, eCommerce, and Product Development.
- Stay on top of the latest marketing trends and techniques to make informed recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in start-up or consumer goods environments.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing content types and baseline performance metrics by platform/channel.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing channels, budget, and internal/external client relationships.
- Analytical and data-driven, can leverage past results to inform future decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to persuade, manage time, prioritize effectively and be goal-oriented.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a “can-do” solution-oriented approach.
- People-oriented, build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
